To apply for your scouts to attend the Adventure Camp, simply fill in this form with both your Volunteer details and the details of all the scouts who would like to come.
When applying, you must provide a contact email address for the scouts parent/guardian. This will allow us to issue a digital health form.
It is critical when applying that you provide accurate information for the scouts attending (ie we will not accept any applications with names of “Scout A, Scout B”). Additionally, we suggest you sort your pairings before you submit your application. While we understand changes are unavoidable and will try our best to accommodate them, we will not allow any changes or swaps after 19th April..
You will apply for scouts in subcamp camp and activity groups. Within subcamp groups, you can camp scouts in pairings of 2, 3, or 4 for cooking and sleeping. Scouts will be expected to cook their own breakfast and dinner and prepare a packed lunch each day. Supper will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday evenings. Subcamps will be made up of approximately 85 scouts from all over Scotland, and they will be looked after by dedicated subcamp staff. The pairings on the application are for activity groups only (scouts in the same activity group will be doing the same activities all weekend). It is worth noting this does not need to be the camping groups.
For scouts with additional support needs you can apply for an Additional Supports needs Grant
This is a very popular camp and spaces are limited so please get your applications in as soon as possible.
The cost per scout is £222. Full payment is due 14 days after your applicaion is accepted.
